How To Schedule an Easy Order

Let’s process an order, to understand the process of fulfilment of order through Easy Ship.

Step 1: Go to ‘Manage Orders’ under Orders Tab on Amazon Seller Central.

The term ‘Seller Fulfilled’ on the top left corner indicates that we are on Fulfilled by Merchant (FBM) Orders. To understand the difference between Fulfilled by Merchant (FBM) orders and Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) orders, Click Here.

There is a yellow button against each order. ‘Schedule Pickup’ button indicates Easy Ship order while the ‘Confirm Shipment’ button indicates Self-Ship Order.

Step 2: Click on the ‘Schedule Pickup’ button to book a slot with an Amazon Courier Person for pickup of this package.

Enter the weight of the packed product in grams and enter the dimensions of the product in cms.

Once you click on the ‘Get Pickup Slots’ button, a drop-down menu will come showing various pickup slots that are available. Choose the desired slot from the available options.

Step 3: Once you have verified the package details and pick slot, click on ‘Schedule Pickup’.

On the confirmation window, click on the ‘Print’ button to print the Shipping Label and Tax Invoice. Affix the shipping label on the package and put the tax invoice inside the package.

The pickup person will come at any time within the booked slot. Handover the package to the pickup boy. Once the package is successfully scanned by the pickup boy, the packet moves from ‘Waiting for Pickup’ status to ‘Picked Up’.

Your Amazon Easy Ship Order has been successfully processed!

It is now Amazon’s duty to deliver the package successfully to the customer and bring the product back to you in case of a rejection or return by the customer.

Some Other Relevant Points about Easy Ship Courier –

• Amazon doesn’t support shipping a particular order in more than 1 packages i.e., Multi-Package Shipments.
• Amazon doesn’t support shipping one order in more than 1 pickup.
